It snowed here yesterday and the snow is bright white, the sky a stunning beautiful blue, the air, crisp. When I let my dogs out this morning they were both overjoyed with the quality of the day, displaying a noticeable skip to their gate as they pranced into it.
Mr. Cardinal has shown his Mrs. the new safe place I’ve created for them to dine. They award me with their presence. Life in the valley is filled with the cheer of the day.
I’m listening to a composer friend of mine, Anne Leader. Anne is tapped into the beauty of life and her music perfectly mirrors the sentiment of the day.
So while I do hope I get to see two suns in our fair sky in my lifetime, the very idea of it has reminded me of the magic in our every day. My wish for you is that you will stop and take notice, and remember perhaps why we’ve chosen to continue life on this planet for the past several thousand years, despite the obvious challenges of living.
May we all find a certain Joie de Vivre as we embark on the new week on this, our spectacular Planet Earth.
